Hi Maria,

I hope you are doing well and enjoying the weather outside.

I am thrilled to hear that you are finally travelling to the east coast. I am sure this will be an unforgettable journey for you. I’ll try to provide as much useful information as possible.

First and foremost, I can help you arrange a place to stay. My uncle is the assistant manager of the Hilton Hotel here in my town and I am sure he can give us a hand. If the hotel happens to be fully booked during your vacation period, I’ll be happy to accommodate you here at my place.

There are a lot of beautiful sceneries that you should visit once you arrive, not to mention the current summer events and the fair. If you wish to visit the Seaside Summer Fair, please let me know and I can join you during their evening events.

It seems that the next week will be hotter than usual, so I suggest you bring only your summer wear. However, the east coast weather is not to be trusted, so just to be on the safe side, please include a raincoat and an umbrella to your luggage.
