Overall, it is evident that the proportion of male staff members higher than female staff members in business, engineering, law, and science facilities. In contrast, the proportion of male staff members lower than female staff member in arts, education, and medicine.
According to the bar chart, in business facility, the percentage of male staff members was 65%, while for female staff members was 35%. Likewise, in engineering facility, the rate of male staff members (85%) was higher than female staff members, significantly. Also, in law facility, the rate of staff members who were men was 60%; then it dropped, reaching 40% for staff members who were women. In science facility, the percentage of staff member who were men was 65% whereas 35% for staff members who were women.
On the other hand, in art facility, the proportion of female staff members (55%) was higher than those male staff member 42%. Similarly, the proportion of staff members who were women was 50%, while 48% for staff members who were men. Interestingly, in education facility, the percentage of staff members who were women (almost 80%) was obviously higher than those staff members who were men at 25%.
