At first glance, the three hospital centres show some relevant differences: looking at average score for each one, Peveril Centre reaches a total of 8.3, which makes him the most rated centre; following Peveril Centre, we have Marchbank Centre, which is the second one on this list with a 7.2 overall avarage, leaving Longston Centre as the third health centre, reaching a 5.2 evaluation.
Each Peveril centre’s service obtains the highest rating among all the other health centres’ services; for example, “booking appointments” in the Peveril centre is evaluated with a 9.1/10 score, whilst Longston centre gets only 5.2 and Marchbank centre gets 7.8; this works for every service provided, and the most rated one in Peveril centre is “response to concern”, peaking with 9.6 score.
Instead, if we take a look of the other two health centres, we can see some similarities between them: some services are almost equally evaluated, for example patients rated “doctors’ service” 8.0 for Longston centre and 8.4 for Marchbank one, as well as “pharmacy” service, rated 5.1 and 5.8 respectively.
However, “response to concern” is quite low rated in the Longston centre, only 4.3 out of 10, whilst in Marchbank centre the same service gets 6.5 score; furthermore, the “booking appointments” service is rated 5.2 for Longston and 7.8 for Marchbank. In conclusion, those differences between them lead to a quite different overall for the two centres: 5.8/10 for Longston centre and 7.2/10 for Marchbank centre.
