This diagram illustrates the method of producing ethanol fuel from corn. In general, ethanol fuel production involves various types of stages which include storing, milling, cooking, fermenting, separating and purifying to restore.
Initially, the corns are stored from fields and milled. After, these will be cooked for 4 hours while adding some water to be maintained as humid and easy to ferment for 2 days. Then it will be separated into liquid and solid that can be individually a product. The liquid will be purified for 5 hours to provide a safe and clean usage people. After all these steps, the purified ethanol will be stored and transported.
As a result, ethanol fuel can be transferred into different sources such as ethanol oil and ethanol based pills.
