Overall, they hade over six country. namely- Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Poland and so on. On the both chart, all other countries had the highest proportion by 29.4% and 29.7%. Poland had the small figure on both chart by 8.0% in 1998 and 7.7% in 2007.
