The first chart presents the information about how much CO2 was produced in tons per individual in 2010 and the second chart illustrates the amount of GDP in trillions which was obtained from 2000 to 2010 for five different countries.

Overall, the USA is the country with the highest production of gas emissions from the population and also topped the list with higher GDP than other countries such as Germany, France, China and Japan. Interestingly, the growth of GDP for all countries experienced an upward trend during the period.

If we look at the data, the amount of CO2 was produced in the United States at 6.09 tons per person . Following this, in second place, Germany produced just over 3.04 tons, while France, China and Japan only produced less than 4 trillion tons.

Interestingly, there was an inclining trend of GDP in all countries. Starting from around 10 trillion dollars in 2000, the GDP of the US increased considerably to just over 14 trillion dollars at the end of the period in 2010, making it the country with the highest GDP among the others. Regarding the GDP of China, it rose dramatically from approximately 1 trillion dollars in 2000 to nearly 6 trillion dollars in 2010. As for, the GDP of Germany and France witnessed a slight rise by 2 over a decade from 2000 to 2010.

Despite the increasing trend, the GDP of Japan slightly incline from nearly 5 trillion dollars to just above 5 millions dollars over the period.
