Overall, inquiries increased via in- person in june while asking by letter and email dramatically went down. However, telephone enquiries rose in june but it was nearly by connecting in-person visits.
Telephone inquiries started at over 800 in January, which gradually fluctuated up to 1000 in April and then it was expected to come up 1600 in the final month. Furthermore, in-person inquiries peaked to around 20000 from just 400, which had not had a decline untill by June.
On the other hand, letter and email enquiries was around 800, followed by telephone inquiries with over 800. In contrast, these inquiries gradually decrease with about 700 in March, which dramatically went down. However, both May and June reamined unchanged stable with around 400.
