The percentage of civilians with different age group who used to ride bicycles in the year 2011 is illustrated in the table.
Overall, individuals under 10 contributed the most to cycling, while the percentage started to fall constantly up until the age group of 40-59. However, people over 60 had more interest in bicycle compared the adult people.
Kids regardless of their gender, who were in between 0-9 had a significance of approximately 51%. Surprisingly, percentage of female teenagers from 10-17 who rode bicycles was slightly more than 42, meanwhile, the male teenagers who did the same was just under 25%.
As the year of citizens increased from 18-39 and 40-59 it showed a decreasing trend which is around 17% and 12%, 9.7% and 8% respectively for female and male. Additionally, the adults who were classified as 40-59 has the lowest percentage of all the other groups. To sum up, the eldest people who used to go for a ride on bicycles was almost 19% men and a little over 13% women.
