Dear Gym Manager,
I am writing this letter to submit a complaint about the condition of the gym that is not in accordance with what was promised when I registered as a member. In the advertisement it is mentioned that this gym has various modern facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and complete and well-maintained fitness equipment. However, after I started using the gym, I found that many of those facilities were not available or did not function as they should.
For example, the promised swimming pool does not exist, the sauna is always closed, and most equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes are often broken or unusable. This is very annoying because I can’t carry out the exercise program that I have planned. I feel disadvantaged because the facilities I paid for are not in accordance with reality.
I hope the management will immediately fix the damaged equipment, reopen the promised facilities, and provide more honest and transparent information to members. In addition, I also hope that there will be compensation for members who have already paid in full but do not get the service as advertised.
That’s how I convey this letter. I hope that the management will immediately follow up on this complaint for the convenience and satisfaction of all members.
Kind regards
Laura
