Dear Mr. Smith,

Hope you are doing well. i am writting this letter to inform about a problem that i am facing from last one month during my workout.

I love to do my workout during morning time and after that i usaually going to my office direct from gym. After my workout i prefer to take a shower but there is only one bathroom available in gym and there is a lineup every morning. i am not able to take shower.

Now i have to change my workout routine and do it on weeekends and some time in the evening. because if i am doing it in the morning its very hard for me to get ready and go to office direct from gym.

i am requesting you to have a look on this matter and build another washroom if you can. so that it will convinient for members to use.
