Dear Sir/Madam,

Hello, I’m writing to you concerning cancellation of my language class which i had enrolled at your college and was due to start on 25th March to 14 April.

Recently, I have experienced severe pain in my spine and after consulting with my doctor ,they have booked me in for further scans and the dates match those I was to attend classes ,I’m so sorry for the short notice since I did not anticipate this to happen .

In addition, also if possible can you organise refund of the fee to my account or rather let me know if there are other classes next month for me to enrol since I still need the course for my job.
