Dear Course Administrator,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to inform you that, unfortunately, I will have to withdraw from the language course I recently enrolled in. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I am currently unable to commit the necessary time and attention required to complete the programme successfully.

I sincerely apologise for the short notice and for any inconvenience this may cause to you or the teaching staff. It was not an easy decision, as I was genuinely looking forward to attending the course and improving my language skills.

I would also like to ask whether it would be possible to join a future session once my situation becomes more stable. I would greatly appreciate any information regarding upcoming course dates and the re-enrolment process.
