Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding my French course withdrawal. I had taken this course on Monday as i find it genuinely valuable to me.

But this morning I was informed by my college that they are going to provide me with a French and Spanish course in my upcoming semester. They also mentioned that my college only accepts campus courses.

I was really excited to do that course with your institution, because I find your educators incredibly expert. I was already planning my time to adjust this course with my classes. However, due to my degree’s requirement, I am not able to continue this course this you. It was my mistake, i should have checked with my college first before signing up.

Hence, I am requesting to withdraw from this course. If possible, I would appreciate the refund or any kind of credits which will help me in my bachelor’s.
