Good day Sir/Madam!

I am writing about an English language corse that I signed up for, and which starts on Friday 12 February. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the classes in this month due to work duties. My employees are sending me to work training to Europe, so I should be fully concentrated on that.

I am really appologizing to any inconvenience that I can bring and hope we can withdraw the classes to next month. Since the dates of the training were unavailable before, I was not be able to warn you earlier.

I would not be able to connect to online lectures either, as this job training is an intense and challenging. It will significantly increases my qualification and enhances my knowledge, so I will be fully concentrated on it.

Could you please advise on what are your returning or withdrawing policies?
