Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding the cancellation of my enrollment for the Spanish language course offered by your university. Basically, I belong to Pakistan, I have to go back to my home country because my mother is suffering from serious illness and there is no one to look after her. This is the reason I have decided to go back to Pakistan .

I am fond of learning new languages and Spanish is one of them. I have been looking for this course for two years. I regret that I will miss this opportunity and feeling bad, however, some circumstances are not in our hands. Hence, I will try to enroll next year and fulfill my dream.

I would like to know whether you will refund fee or not. There was no such agreement in terms and conditions signed by me at the time of signing up for this course. However, complete refund will be highly appreciated. Thank you in anticipation.
