Dear John,

I am writing this letter to withdraw by application from the French course that I enrolled recently. I want apologize for the inconvenience for leaving an on-going program in such a short notice but due to some unfortunate circumstances, I need to take this decision.

Recently I meet with an accident while going to my hometown and now, my left leg needs to be operate immediately and after operation Doctor has recommended 1 month of rest. Moreover, if it did not recovered even after the surgery, then there is probability of using a wheelchair thorughout the year.

Kindly let me know if there is any possibility for any refund or enrolling me to a later batch. If ‘yes’ please transfer the full amount back to the original source of payment or add my name in April 2026 course list.
