I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, i won’t be coming for the weekend workshop due to unforseen circumstances. I know this is coming a bit late, but i recently got a sad news that needs my urgent attention.

Sadly, i lost my aunt and not until yesterday evening, i got informed. My aunt has been ill for a while now, her situation recently got worse and she passed on yesterday. I received the cold news last night, that she died shortly after been taken to the emergency unit because her condition got critical. Additionally, i was told to come over for a family meeting.

I would like to suggest that my slot should be given to someone else already on the waiting list. Alternatively, if possible, my application transfered to the entry list of the next event.

Once again, i’m very sorry for this abrupt notification and will surely come over to see you after my condolence visit. Thanks.
