Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to inform you that I unfortunately will be unable to attend the ceramics workshop held on Thurday, March 19 at 7 p.m., that I signed up for. I am deeply apologetic for my absence and hope another antendee will be able to replace my assigned spot in the workshop.

At my birthday party this weekend, a close friend of mine gifted me with tickets to the opera at the same time as the workshop, unaware of my prior commitments. The tickets are both non refundable and not possible to reschedule.

Since I have already paid for the ceramics workshop, I wanted to inquire about possible options of refunding the payment or gain a form of credits I can use to sign up for any of your other workshops. Please let me know about the options or course of action.

Again, I profoundly apologize for the inconvenience and hope to attend a workshops of yours at another time.
