Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the hostel service after spending last week there.
It was my first time spending time at the hostel and I was not happy about the lack of water supply. On arrival, I was informed by my friend whom I stayed in his room that there has been no water supply. Over the period spent there, I withnessed same issue.
This issue caused me significant stress as I had to carry gallons of water to the next hostel to get water each time I needed water to wash, bath, cook. I have developed serious backache because of this stressful activity.
I kindlu request that this matter be looked into and sorted so as to ease the stress of the hostel occupants having to get water outside the hostel.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your reply.
