I am reaching out with the hope that everything is going well on your end. I am writing this formal complaint letter; the crucial purpose of this formal complaint is to address museum issues and suggest improvements.
Firstly, the reason I chose this hotel is as long as people praised it to me, as well as that is why I decided to choose this hotel. I chose this place because it is five-star, on top of this I am staying temporarily.
Secondly, I encountered several problems after staying at this hotel. The main problem was that the service providers were very slow. This was bad for me as I had no time for my personal work. This problem could have cost me dearly.
Thirdly, I think the best solution to this problem is to hire more workers. As a result of I think the more employees there are, the more convenient and faster it will be. In my opinion, this is the best way.
