I am writing this letter regarding my stay at the “Marriot Hotel” to attend a meeting on company’s behalf and want to raise concerns about issues that I faced.
You are already familiar with the meeting details, because all the relevant and important details such as duration of meeting which was three hours and in total 32 members were going to attend the meeting and many minor details were received in my inbox from your email ID.
The meeting was completed successfully and I enjoyed it. However, it was my stay that I was dissatisfied with. Although, the room was spacious but it was very dirty. Previous tourist’s socks were lying on the bed is just one of them. Additionally, there were no toilet rolls as a result I was not able to use the washroom. Later, when I called to order dinner for myself as it was not included nobody picked up the call and I was left starving surviving on mere snacks.
My suggestion would be to have a meeting with cleaning and front-desk team to discuss what further steps they should take to enhance their service and make the overall experience of new customer delightful.
