Dear Fam’s Project,
I am writing this letter to inform you about my experience staying at your hotel and using the meeting room at ABC Hotel while attending the company meeting. Some of my colleagues also felt the same way unhappy, therefore, I would like to file a complaint with the hotel for follow-up.
The company convention took place on September 20, 2024, in the Pakarena room at ABC Hotel. The conference was attended by 50 employees from various departments to discuss the company’s profits and future strategies.
During the appointment, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the meeting room we used. The room I occupied was not cleaned properly, and several supporting facilities, such as the microphone, were not functioning well. Additionally, the hotel staff was slow to respond by providing a new microphone.
I suggest that the hotel improve its cleanliness standards, and ensure that all facilities are functioning properly before guests use the gathering room. Additionally, training for the staff would help them provide more efficient service to guests.
