Dear Sohail,

I hope you are doing well in your life. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have forgotten my file at your house while I am on a trip to Australia to participate in a seminar.

To begin with, I am glad that you have given me the opportunity to stay at your house for three days. It was a wonderful trip and a memorable one. Other than that, I will not forget this gratitude you have given me throughout my trip.

Furthermore, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have forgotten some important business-related documents at your house. When I arrived home, I checked my luggage and could not find the file. It is a critical document for me because it contains financial data about the company. Next week I need to present those documents to my boss. I would request you to return my document as soon as possible through a fast-speed courier. Additionally, I will bear all expenses of the courier. I am mentioning the mail address below: 12585 72 Avenue V3125. Kindly let me know once you deliver the document.
