Dear Sir or Madam

The reason why I am writing this letter is that inform about inconvenience which is your hotel as well as I recommend to improve this case.

I am Peter Tomson and I am not from this country. I visited there so that I have essential business arrangement. And I chose to stay in your hotel .

During summer hot nights , I really suffered from the weather. I applied hotel stuff but he didn’t answer immediately. Moreover, the conditioner did not work well . Result of this, I feel warm .

I suggest to repair conditioner. I think , plumber should change the new one . This case may made the other’s complain.
