Respected Sir,

I am Yogini patel a student an international stident at Conestoga college studing Healthcare managment course.I am writing this letter express my disatisfaction about the bus services change that has been made recently on the route no. 67 which covers the bishop street area to reach to the college.

I use the same bus every day to travel from college from my house and the frequency is pretty much around 30 minutes in summer time and there are ample of student who use this bus as it start from cambridge center and covers about 20 stops in between.Due to the winter service the frequency has been changed to 1 hours which creates inconvenience for a lot of students as this the transport service in this area and all peole are dependednt on it.

I request you to increase the frequecy of the bus service every 20 minutes becuase of winter and the weather condition will be extremely cold and the snow fall is their wich affect the elders and the students.
