Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the sudden increment in the price of my monthly subscription for Netflix.
Firstly, I am subscribed to the standard subscription, which I pay a token of 20 pounds a month through direct debit. Without proper communication, this has been abruplty increased to 30 pounds a month. Even though the service provided does not justify the new price increase.
Furthermore, this increment is beyond my financial capabilities as I am unable to afford that amount. I have been a loyal customer and increasing the price abruptly is a disservice to me. I have been offered a cheaper alternative by another streaming service.
As a result, I would like to cancel my subscription henceforth as this has caused me significant financial distress and worry.
I would be grateful if you could resolve this as soon as possible.
