Dear sir/ madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the internet service that I recently renewed 3 days ago from your company. I am having some issues with the internet speed.

The internet network appears to be slow. It takes hours to download a movie or an application. When the product was advertised on your page , they made mention of speed and reliability but unfortunately in this situation it is the opposite.

The poor service connection is having a negative effect on my work as an online developer. Recently, I have been receiving negative reviews from my colleagues and customers. Currently , I am at the verge of loosing my job if I do not level up.

I would appreciate it if the network provider is changed to a fast and more reliable router. Further more, i would kindly request the assistance of a professional technician to connect the router.
