Daer Sir,

I was celebrating my son’s first birthday in Banana leafe restaurant. I was ordered a chicken bearany of two plates ,chicken fridryes two plates, muttom bearany of two plates. we had all together six members.

The food from banana leaf restaurant was not so good because my six members got viral infection and they where admited in the hospital for 10 days.Dr sad that it is a food poision. We had big trublr for 10 days. We to retify the mistake what had happand in the food .

We want compansation for the amount we paid plese re pay tha amount as soon as possible. Therefore, we had payed the triblr the amount as hospital feesas a medical allavance. otherwise we will comclaint to FSSI to sease your hotal hense, this setuation must not be repeated again.Let this must be last and final seanirow must be carried on.
