Dear Event Organizer,

I hope you are doing well. I am feeling bad to tell you that I will no longer be able to continue to help the organization for the fundraising event. I would like to state my situation in here. I have a younger brother who is in Russia for his studies. He had an accident, and he is in the hospital right now. I will be leaving with my family for Russia as soon as possible to be alongside him for the care and support

I know really well that with my absence it can cause chaos for everyone to organize everything on their own. As an event organizer myself for the past 10 years I was the only one with such experience, without me there would only be two people left those who have a little bit of knowledge but are not experienced. But do not worry much about it, I am already done with the solution so that the fair goes smoothly.

I have a friend of mine who was looking to volunteer in such charity meetups, and he also has a great experience in the event organizing field, in fact, he has a company of his own for the same. I can assure you he will do his best for this noble cause and will not let you down.
