Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to make an advance booking at your hotel for a family holiday.

My name is Tom, and one of my friends recently stayed at your hotel with his family. He had a very pleasant experience and recommended your hotel to us for a seaside vacation.

I would like to book accommodation for four people – myself, my wife, and our two children. We are planning to stay for four days, from Friday, 10th to Monday, 13th. We would prefer a spacious family room.

Could you please let me know what is included in the room price, such as meals or any additional services? I would also appreciate it if you could provide information about activities available for children and whether these are included in the cost.

Furthermore, I would be grateful if you could suggest some popular places of interest near the hotel.
