Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to do advances booking in your hotel, for my family holidays.

My name is Tom. One of my friend stay at your hotel with his family, and he recommended to me for our vacation at the seaside. Therefore, I request to you to make some arrangements before we came with my family. I have four members in my family, me, my wife, and my childrens. we are planing to sating at your hotel at for four days, which is friday 10 th to Monday 13th. Therefore, i want to book large room in your hotel.

As i am coming with my childrens . I want to know about what activities there for my childrens, and which activities inculuded inbthe price. Moreover, I am very happy if you provide some information about the nice places near the hotel. Thank you for your time, and wating for your responces.
