Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to clarify a few questions regarding gym membership. I intend to join your gym immediately, as I have heard excellent feedbacks from my friends.

I think, first step of becoming a member would be choosing a membsership plan. For that, I would love to get elaborated picture of a difference between each plan in terms of a pricing and provided services. I do not mind paying a higher price if the provided services justify the cost.

Furthermore, my attempt to obtain information from your website failed, as it is not properly designed. Hence, plese enlist the activities and games you organize at the fitness centre. Moreover, do not forget to mention the additional cost for an each event.

I am planning to join from the next week. Hence, can you guide me through the process of joining your gym as soon as possible. Additionally, if I need to provide any additional information, please let me know.
