Dear Ms. Cecilia,
I trust this letter finds you well.
I recently came across your advertisement in a local newspaper regarding your Spanish lessons in Tay Ho District which I am very interested in. As I am looking for a Spanish class to enrol at the earliest time, it would be grateful to discuss with you on this matter.
Firstly, for your information, I have taken a new role in my company as a country manager looking after some key customers in North America who prefer to speak Spanish only. I have 3-month handover period before moving to Peru to take over this new position. In the meantime, I’d like to participate in an intensive Spanish class, focusing on speaking skill, to prepare myself for working and living in Peru.
Though your advertisement provided some background information, I am keen on learning more about your Spanish classes. How many people are usually in a class? Do you have any after-working-hour intensive class opening this month? Do I need to take an entry test in advance? I am also interested in one-on-one class if it’s available because I’d like to achieve my goals in a desirable timeframe.
I’d prefer to have a chance to discuss with you in person if possible. Otherwise, I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Van Nguyen
