Hello sir/madam,

I hope you are having a great day. I am writing this letter to show my intrest in volunteer participation at Gopi food services. I often heard and read about this oragnization at our commmunity meetings that how your workers are motivated to always stand-up for the “people in need for food”, and I would like to become part of the team.

I have been doing volunteer services for three years now, specially in food donating centers. I started with my father, we use to collect leftover food in the evening from local communities in his truck, and deliver it to the nearest orphanage. the smile on the face of childrens when they get freshly home cooked meal really motivates me to “do more”. therefore I would like to join your organization, so we together can reach more people.

I currently in school, therefore I can not be available all the time; however I am available on weekends and public holidays all day. Please let me know if this time works for you. I would love to hear back from you.
