Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Jin, who was my tour guide during my recent trip to Toronto, Canada. His professionalism and kindness made the entire trip enjoyable.

I spent two weeks in Toronto, the tour included visiting famous attractions such as CN tower, central island, museums and boutique markets. Moreover, the trip also included the opportunities to visit nearby towns like Auroa and Orilla.

The entire trip was enjoyable and fun. I am very satisfied about all the arrangements and deliciated care through the trip. In the beginning of the trip, Mr. Jin provide me a detailed booklet that he made for the trip, and inside the booklet, not only contains thorough plans for each day, but also included many graphics and images from different sights, which looks very attractive. Moreover, when I faced some issues or questions, Mr. Jin always provide immediate support for me and help me to solve the problems that I have. Overall, it was an excellent guide that I ever had.

In order to show my appreciation to him, I considered a few ways to thank him. First of all, I would like to send him a gift, which is a set of tea pots from China as he mentioned about how he is obsessed with China’s traditional artifacts. Secondly, I would like to write a letter to express my sincere gratitude to him personally, and let him know how great he is.

Thanks you for all the arrangements for the trip and excellent guides from Mr. Jin. I am looking to hearing from you and Mr. Jin.
