Dear HR manager
I am writing to apologize for couldn’t join the companionship. I am a John. I am company manager. I have been working at the “Sweet shop” business in London since 1950. You invited me to work in car firm last week. You promised to pay $150 a week. In addition, you also said that the reward money will be given. I can’t agree for several reasons.
Firstly, the company location the furthest from my home. On the other hand, I can’t work in the evenings. You said evening shifts are also available.
Secondly, the car company contract will be 10 years, during the year I can’t quit my job. Therefore, I must apologize for this phenomenon.
Also, I want to gratitude for the job offer and I appreciate your respect.
I hope you will accept my apologies.
Yours sincerely,
John
