Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to report regarding one of your male staff disrespected me during my visit to your supermarket.

Last Saturday, I have visited your shop premises to buy some groceries. I did not find the preferred cereals on the shelves so I called the staff to assist me. The person who was arranging the products near by did not responded for my enquiry.He just stared at my eyes and left the place without bothering. His arrogant attitude deeply humiliated me in front other customers.

For your reference, I am giving his name. His colleague’s called him mark.He was only the male staff in the shop at that time. This type of behavior make customers frustrated. It will affect shop business and spoils your supermarket’s reputation which you gained all these years. He has to regret for his attitude by asking apologize.

I hope that you will take necessary action on this issue.
