Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention regarding the harsh behavior that one of your employees displayed towards me.

During a recent visit to your supermarket, I was specifically looking for ripe tomatoes in the fresh produce aisle. While searching through the stack of tomatoes and pulling some out, mistakenly, some of them fell on the ground. Around the same time, an employee passing by accused me of intentionally sabotaging the tomatoes. I had apologized for my actions but he kept on insisting that I had malicious intent and I was doing it on purpose. He had even threatened me to bar me out of the supermarket for any future visits.

Given that I had no intention to destroy any produce, I would highly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and talk to the appropriate employee to make sure that this would never happen again and if required, train him on bettering his interactions with customers.
