To Whom This May Concern,
I am writing to inform you about my recent experience in QFC store #61 in Shoreline, Washington. I had a knee injury last week and had to wear a brace and crutch when I stopped by your store. When I first entered the main door, the staff in the customer service kiosk immediately offered a specialized shopping cart with an extended tool and helped me store my physical support equipments. He was very careful when handling them and ensured to clean the motor cart before I used it. As if this was not enough, he accompanied me to the bread flour aisle and assisted me with transferring the heavy bag into the cart.
Another staff member in the baked goods area was also very nice and helped me with choosing the right sourdough. She explained to me the difference between sourdoughs concisely and even checked the expiration date before handing the item to me.
I had a very pleasant experience in your store and appreciated the employees who helped me during my visit. I wrote a 5-star review on google and I hope the quality of your people are consistent for years to come. I will definitely come back and tell my family to come to your location when they are in the area.
Yours faithfully,
Carina
