Dear Colleague;

I hope this letter find you well adn you are doing okay. I am writing this letter to you to apologize for not being at the airport to pick you up. I am really sorry for let you down and I hope and I believe you handled it by yourself.

I couldn’t show up because I had a really bad toothache that day so I immediately went to see my dentist and I had an operation for my decayed tooth. It was a long surgery because my wisdom teeth caused the problem and my dentist decided to taken out them to prevent further harm to my other teeth. After the surgery I was really tired and forgot about you.

I know I should have called you but I totally forget. So I hope you can forgive me and to compensate my mistake I would like to give you a city tour to show you the city any time you want.
