Dear Mr. Kamal,

I am writing this letter to apologize to you to forgot reaceiving you from airport.

I am so sorry to my forgotness, since I have promised to you to receive you from airport, I should have received to you. Actually, I have forgot the time, and also I went to attent a birthday party. For attending this party, I was not able to receive you.

Since you are new here, I think the time was very hard for you. Honestly, I have booked a hotel for you, but for my unconsciousness, I have missed the booked. Please tell me where you are living now so that I can meet to you.

However, since you faced a terrible time, I can ensure you it would not be happen anymore. I am promising to you further it would not be happend.
