by this letter i would like to tell you about our meeting, my apologize i forgot and missed the meeting beffore. i dont meant to skiped the meeting, i got many schedule at that time and that is my fault i cant manage my schedule properly

at that day i had to attend 5 meeting in a day from morning until evening because of that i forgot about our meeting i dont mean that our meeting is not important albeit im literlary forgot remembering im exhausted attend 5 meeting in a day im very sorry i promise i dont do it again in the future

in the next weeks i have no schedule from monday until saturday how abaout we conduct our meeting in monday as i know you have no schudule at that day we will start the meeting at 8 am unti 10 am i promise i will not forget about this meeting again and i have no schedule at that time and there is no reason i skip the meeting
