Dear Mr Smith

I am writing this letter to explain my request is that I must transfer my workplace to another one because of some significant reasons.

I have worked here for six years and have gained huge experiences and have learned new skills during my previous working period. All my colleagues have been also really good friends and helped me in my everyday work for the time of these years.

Unfortunately, I must leave such a nice workplace due to my family decided to move a city centre . I respect highly my relatives’ decision. And also think that living city centre gives us a great deal of opportunities and advantages such as a quality and advanced education systems for our children . Especially, there are many high paid jobs in there.

I hope that my desire will do not cause inconveniences in the currently position in this work .I am transfering in the next week . So , I would be very appreciate if you answer my letter you provide with my requirement documents to transfer
