I am writing this letter to report a defect in the headset that I purchased recently from your shop. Being a trustworthy brand like yours for electronic products, I am disappointed that item did not meet the quality standards.
As working in an IT company, I need to attend a large number of meetings everyday. This morning, I found that my headset microphone is not working properly when my co-worker complained about the constant noise he was receiving on his end.
In addition to this, I had a virtual business meet-up with one of our clients later today, which I had to cancel because of my faulty gear. Furthermore, I had to re-schedule all my internal calls for the day which significantly affected my project deadlines and overall productivity.
I would like you to replace my device as early as possible and issue a partial refund for this product in order to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
