Dear Mr Thompson,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to talk about time off work that I am going to arrange. I need to take time off work because I am flying to Seul soon.

I will be away for about three weeks. I am flying to Seul because my cousins are there, and also I am planning on studying in Yonhei University. So, I will be working on documents there.

I kindly request if you could give me time off work for about twenty five days, because of the flight hours. The flight is going to be eight hours, so, I need time to rest too. I am planning on working more hours, after I return home. Or you could cut off the salary for these days. I really need to go there, and I would be pleased if you give it as soon as possible. Because of the reason I cannot delay it. I hope you get me right.
