Dear Jennifer,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my interest in the opportunity to work at our company’s headquarters abroad and, as you already know, I have wanted to work there for a long time. I believe that, spending half a year in the Netherlands, gaining valuable insight into the operations at the head office will enrich my business experience, contribute to my personal development and, improve my English skills.
I will be far away for some time and, I understand if you have hesitations about my responsibilities here. However, I have a profound solution to this issue, such as remote working. For instance, I can have client meetings via online calls, use cloud data system and, frequently communicate with the team. I have already been working remotely for the last 2 years and, everything went smoothly. Although, there is a 2 hour time difference between the Netherlands and Russia, but surely I will be able to manage that. But, your help is much needed in this process.
Therefore, if you are comfortable with online working and, time differences, I hope you will consider my further request. I kindly ask your assistance in arranging this opportunity. It is important to get board approval to plan my transition and, they rely on your opinions about the situation. I appreciate your guidance and, waiting for your timely response.
