Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that, because of the current project we are working on, I have been under a lot of work pressure. As a result, my efficiency for completing the tasks seems to be suffering. Therefore, I have decided to take a break from the office and spend a quality time with family in the nature.

Let me explain my holiday plan. I remember how you have always recommended to visit Banff and showed pictures of the nature. Thus, I have planned to go there and spend about 2 weeks starting from 10th October.This will give sufficient time to visit all the important destinations and relax my mind at the same time.

As I still have 10 more days, I will make sure that all of my ongoing tasks are completed beforehand. I might not have an internet service when I am in the nature but please contact me, if needed. Moreover, after I come back, I will work extra hours giving my equal input to our small team.
