Dear xyz,

I’am writing to inform you about my birthday party which wil be held in the last week of this month.I hope everything is good at your end and you might be busy enjoying your vacation.

I believe that social gatherings make strong bond between our loved ones and it has a positive impact on our health.I’am informing you well in advance so that you can plan a short holiday for this event.

I would be glad if you could be a part of this occasion as it is my 25th birthday and we want to celebrate it in a lavish banquet hall wherein more people can accomodate.However, living in distant places makes it difficult to attend such gatherings but your presence will make my event more special as its been almost ten years that we have not seen each other after you have moved to USA for higher studies.

Moreover,Once you reach our homeland I advice you to stay in my home so that we can spend more time together and make arrangements for the upcoming day.I hope you would be able to come few days prior to the main day so that we can buy beautiful garments and accessories together.I hope you accept my invitation and make my day a memorable one.
