Dear sir,

I, Sagar Parmar, have worked at ABC company for the past five years. I am writing to inquire about information regarding a seminar related to my work and skills.

I would like to know the exact date of this event and its duration so that I can plan accordingly. Also, will there be a single session for the entire seminar or multiple sessions for groups of people?

Moreover, how will this program be delivered, and what will be presented during the seminar? This would allow me to prepare myself in the meantime. Apart from the dates and program, what arrangements will be made for the attendees’ rest? Is accommodation included in the seminar fee? If not, please let me know of nearby places where I can book my stay before it is too late.

Finally, please help me understand the overall expenses I need to cover so that I do not have to worry about money during the seminar. This is my first visit to your country.
