Dear Sir,
Good day to you, sir. I hope this finds you well. I am writing this letter to show my interest in the seminar being held in New York City.
Mr. Thomas told me you are in charge of everything concerning the program. There are no full details about when it will take place; date and time. It would be kind of you if you could send them to my email. This event will be an eye-opener for my career because it will be in another country.
Experiencing my career internationally has been on my mind for a while, and this is a great opportunity for me. Also, other information, such as flight takeoff and landing times, accommodation, and expenses in general, has not been communicated. It would be nice if they were added to the email.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response, sir.
Yours faithfully,
Jane Johnson.
